The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our comfort throughout. Our room was beautifully appointed with a fridge and high-speed internet access, providing all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. The fitness center and delicious breakfast with waffles and fresh fruit were definite highlights. The location was ideal, with easy access to area sights and shopping at the nearby Woodgrove Mall. The attention to detail in the room, including the spacious layout and amenities like free WiFi, added to the overall positive experience. We will certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Nanaimo.
